• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected online payment methods, including Online Payment.

• If an online payment cannot be verified or fails, the related order may be cancelled automatically.

6. Delivery Policy

• We deliver orders across Pakistan.
• Delivery charges vary depending on your city and selected shipping method.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, although delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to courier delays.
• Self Style is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
