  • Selfstyle.pk is a Pakistan-based ecommerce store offering fashion and related products.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Selfstyle.pk reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colors or details may vary slightly.
  • All products are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock, Selfstyle.pk may cancel or delay the order.

3. Prices

  • All prices listed on Selfstyle.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  • Selfstyle.pk reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
  • Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or fake information may be cancelled.

5. Payment Methods

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected online payment methods such as Easypaisa.
  • If an online payment fails or is not verified, the order may be cancelled automatically.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges may vary for Karachi and other cities.
  • Delivery time usually ranges between 3–7 working days, depending on the courier service and destination.
  • Selfstyle.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of defective or incorrect products.
  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is collected solely for order processing and customer support purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except courier and payment service providers when necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Selfstyle.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
  • Use of this website is at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
