Returns, exchanges, and refund process explained

At Selfstyle.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Used or washed items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Selfstyle.pk via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

4. Return Shipping
  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective item), Selfstyle.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after approval.
6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
