  • Karachi: Delivery charges may differ from other cities and are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Other Cities: Delivery charges vary based on destination and courier service.
  • Delivery charges are calculated and shown before order confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
  • Karachi: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed after confirmation (if required).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Courier Service
  • We use trusted third-party courier companies for deliveries.
  • Once dispatched, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company.
  • Tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
  • Orders may be cancelled if delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact details, or customer unavailability.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
